unable post etc to this group

the three buttons new post ,reply and search don't work on
my pc (among other links also) but do on this wireless
networked laptop - can't see any fiff on advanced tab?
any ideas?

Check in the Security Tab in Internet Options that Active
Scripting for the Internet Zone is enabled.

Yes, these are enabled. Do you have any other
suggestions?
