UNABEL TO ENTER CONTACTS INTO BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER

I INSTALLED A TRIAL VERSION OF 2003 PRO AND WAS ABLE TO ENTER TO 2 BUSINESS
CONTACTS. I THEN BEGAN TO RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I WANTED
TO ENTER A BUSINESS CONTACT "THE MESSAGING INTERFACE HAS RETURNED AN UNKNOW
ERROR. IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS RESTART OUTLOOK". I RESTARTED OUTLOOK MANY
TIMES BUT GOT THE SAME ERROR MESSASGE WHEN I TRIED TO ENTER A BUSINESS
CONTACT. I HAVE PURCHASE THE FULL VERSION OF 2003 PROFESSIONAL AND I AM
STILL HAVING THE PROBLM. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
 
I am experiencing the same problem except that I was initially able to make
entries in the purchased version and now cannot.

It looks like you are getting some sort of a crash. To assist you better,
please provide the information of the crash from the event log. You can view
the Event Log by:
1. Go to Control Panel--> Administrative tools --> Event Viewer.
2. Under "Applications", look for events logged for the source as Outlook or
Microsoft Office 11. The crash will be logged as an "Error" type. Please
provide all the details associated with the event.

No "Outlook" errors
 
I am still looking for some help re this problem. My BCM is dead in this
