I am running Outlook 98 on XP Home Edition. It has run
fine until August 7th 2003. I elected to do the updates
form XP and after that date I have been unable to delete
e-mails in my inbox. I have also not been able to sync
by my PDA. I receivew an error message that I have an
interface error and to restart Outlook - This does not
solve the problem.

I have tried to reset the dates to previous dates before
the changes but I can not go back further than two days.

Does anyone know of a patch to fix this problem or
another solution - I would
prefer not to reinstall Outlook 98 if I can help it.

Have you tried a repair of OL98, or checked for any OL updates?
There is a MS kb article regarding this,but it referes to OL2002. The
solution being in OL updates.
Does yr PDA site have any updated com files?
