Hi,

I have recently had problems with XP(Home Edition) and
have Installed XP again. The problem is there are now 2
copies on my hard drive. Can anyone please tell me how to
uninstall the old corrupt version as it gives me the
option to choose my old or new version at startup which
slows things down as well as using up space on my HDD.

Cheers BBA.

The best way is to start from scratch again,
Boot with your XP CD and delete all partitions,
Create new partition ( or partitions),
Format them and install XP.

I have two installations of XP on the same partition
