Un-blocking Start-up Programs?

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to unblock a start-up program I had blocked
with MSAS, and the instructions are:

To un-block this Startup program, navigate to the Security
Agents > Application Agents > View Blocked Events.

Such a path doesn't seem to exist, anyone know how I can
unblock these start-up events??

Open MSWAS, click on Tools, Real Time Protection, View All Blocked
Events . Locate what was blocked and uncheck the box next to
it then click the Un-block all checked items link or, click on the entry and
then click the Un-block Item link in the right frame.

I've had this happen to me before, and it WAS something I had blocked by
mistake. But there were no blocked events listed in any of the "view
blocked events" choices. The only way I finally got it fixed was to wipe
out the whole program folder and reinstall.
Which really isn't that big a chore anyway.
