UN blocking pop-ups

Something (I don't know which program) is blocking pop-up
windows. This is causing several web sites to not work.

I took it into the shop but I still have the problem.

Any ideas about what I should try next

I have a similar problem. Moreover, I need to install a
certificate, but it doesn't appear on my machine,
therefore part of the tool doesn't work (somehow, the
applet cannot be started, but no message is displayed).
It happens only to me, other colleagues have no problems.
