un able to find my name on the list

HELLO
previoslyI have been contacted from BAGHDAD through hot
mail and yahoo but this time MARCH 4 my name was not
showing on the other party list which indicate if Iam or
not on line eventhough my computer was on all the time
 
And WHAT does this have to do with printing or faxing?
