I'll try and explain what I'm looking for but I don't know any of the
right terminology...

When I go to a search engine like Google and I start to type in what I
want to search for... (like Sex, LOL) a sort of drop down menu appears
of things that I searched for in the past. I share this computer with
my daughter and I don't want her seeing some of the stuff I've
searched for, how do I delete those?

Secondly this may be a seperate issue but its very similar...

when I go to say and web site where I have to fill in my address.....
or e-mail... I start to type and again, my e-mail addresses pop up
that I've typed before.. well a long time ago I mistyped in my e-mail
address and that mistyped one is on that list and I'd like to delete
that because often times when I'm in a hurry I accidently choose that
one from the list (its only mistyped as comcast.com instead of .net)

Thank you for all the help you can give me.
