UML Models from VS.NET solutions

Does anyone konw of any products that wil create a UML model from a vs.net
solution or assembly?

Sort of like the way Visio can reverse engineer a database back to a schema.

Mainly as i have been working on a app and i lost/accidently delete the UML
model that i designed it from.

And would like to have it back again

Rational Rose and Visio 2003 both can both do this but
neither is inexpensive. I'm not aware of any useful open
source or free solutions. Maybe the trial version of
Visio 2003 will get you started:
