UML design tool

Hi, can someone please tell me what is the industry standard tool for
developing C# class diagrams?

Also, what are peoples favourite UML design tool?

I found it easiest to build UML using:
http://www.borland.com/together/msvs/index.html for C#.
It is still being developed, and hence not yet perfect; but is perhaps most
tightly coupled with Visual Studio.NET for C# development

I've been using Enterprise Architect http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/ for
some time now and am quite happy with it. It doesn't integrate with
vs.net, but it is cheap and easy to use.
