Um. Yeah. When I hit the refresh button...

on a page that hasn't loaded properly, as in I get the
error statement that tells me to hit the refresh button,
when I hit the refresh button, nothing happens. Any ideas?

I believe this depends on your settings in internet options \
settings. With my setting of "never", I'd just get the same error
statement. Try holding down the control button while you click
refresh.
