currently released as freeware util it can be resolved, or proves
terminal.

A very different picture is painted in FlashFXP's own forum - well,
they would, wouldn't they.

So is UltraFXP
1. A ripoff of FlashFXP, as Flash would like you to believe
2. Heavily inspired by, because it shows a good way to do it
3. Similar to, because that's the logical way to do it

Or forget the arguments, and pounce on it while it's free!

As long as they didn't steal the code, UltraFXP has nothing to worry about.
