(sorry for repost, browser stalled on original post)
I just downloaded a demo called ULTRA_RMCONVERTER.EXE - it is suppose
to convert Realmedia files to mpeg2.
I double clicked the executeable and a dos screen popped up then
disappeared.
I checked the task manager - it is not there. So I try to delete it
from the desktop - I get:
Cannot delete ultra_rmconverter.exe: There has been a sharing
violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
I virus scan it and run spybot - nothing.
I cannot find the process in the task manager. I reboot and come up
in
safe mode - same error!
Cannot delete ultra_rmconverter.exe: There has been a sharing
violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
How do I get rid of this file. I did a Google search - nothing on it
about spyware, viruses or sharing violations.
Any suggestions?
Windows 2000 SP3

How would I find the source or destination file? I figured they would
be name the same as the executable. Is this a virus/spyware?
Thanks,
Tmuld.
