ultimate bootdisk

Hi,
Has anyone tried the Ultimate bootdisk before? I've successfully burned
the ISO image into the cd-rom, but I don't understand why it doesn't boot.
It won't be my hardware's problem, coz it can boot up other disk, such as
windows XP. Does anyone know why?
