Ultimate 2007 serial number doesnt work

I purchased the ultimate 2007 through the deal that Microsoft was offering
for students. When I downloaded the product and went to register it, it said
that I had reached the maximum number of times I could use my serial number.
I have never used the number...Does anyone know what's going on or had a
problem like this?
 
I don't know, but I would call on the phone. I don't think you'll have any
trouble at all. It is a bit of a pain--lots of numbers to listen to and
type in, but it won't take long, and they won't hassle you at all.
