Find below the application and system error logs. One further point advised
by another user with same problem that videostudio would work if you set up a
new user account. I tried this and it did work? However it still won't work
in the original user account. Advised subsequently by that person that
videostudio has since stopped working in the new account (same problem)
Application Log:-
Event type - error
source - Application error
category - none

Description - Faulting Application vstudio.exe, version 9.0.0.0, faulting
module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault adress 0x00000000
error report also state:-

SYSTEM LOG (shows error but at initial computer boot up (probably related as
refers to Ulead type files)
