Hi all...

Using AD, when I view the properties of a user and then I go to Profile tab
I see 2 paths to configure: Local Path and Profile Path. What's the
difference between both?

Thanks a lot in advance
Jaime

Hmm, I think You are talking about two different things:
1/ User profile: profile path
2/ Home folder: Local path

First (1) is a path to the place where a user profile will be stored
Second (2) is a path to the place on the server where users should place
files and data, Local Path let's You specify the path for a home
folder on the local machine to which users's log on (for example
e:\userA) - If user will log on to other machine where this folder does
not exist will not gain the access to this folder. Better idea is to
specify path to the server in the connect to option on the same tab

I hope this resolves Your doubts
