Hello.

Are there any UI Automation Regression Test tools for windows mobile? If
not, what do I need to do to create one?

PS: please excuse the cross-post but I want to reach as wide of audience as
possible in hopes of finding answer.
 
Hopper is good random UI stress testing.

If you're looking for UI auotmation frameworks & tools were you build UI
automated test cases then for WM you have the following choices.
1. WMTF, is part of the WM SDK
2. TestQuest CountDown.
