You not only get that, but - at least for the Architect level - you get:
Windows 2000 Server, Advanced Server
Windows Server 2003
Exchange 2000 Server
Commerce Server
SQL Server 2000
Visio 2003
A couple of other things I am forgetting.

Even if you don't have VS 2002, it is worth the upgrade price just to get
all the other stuff.

To activate, you will need either to have VS 2002 installed, the first
original installation disk from 2002, or if you downloaded through an MSDN
subscription, the whole thing copied to a DVD.

For the amount of stuff you get, I don't think Microsoft will be able to
continue with this kind of offer. It's almost an MSDN subscription.
