Ugly GUIDs in URLs

Hi

I've taken maintenance work on a site pre-written in c#. The site is
using FormsAuthentication. On every URL I see ugly GUIDs getting added
(for example: https://test.mysite.com/(S(zxg4ur45sx02e5bfx2kbhx55))/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/NewSubscriber.aspx)

where is it gets added? how can I get rid of that?
