I have a DVD from my son's wedding that I would like to make a copy of. None
of my recorders will play this type of file and none of my software will even
recognize the DVD. Roxio says Toast will work, but I have a PC not a MAC.
Any suggestions without spending a lot of money for new software? All I want
is a copy for our files and to show the people that could not make the
wedding the video. please help..

Is it possible that this disk was formatted for use with packet writing
software so that the disk could be used more or less like a floppy disk?

I haven't a clue. I did download a free trial of 1clickdvdcopy and it worked
to make a copy. However you can only copy 3 discs and then you must buy it.
I am working on using another compuer so I can get six copies. Thank you for
your answer, I only wish I knew more about this box then just how to do the
miminal things.
