Udefragable files on hdisk

After BSOD I noticed a lot of files being writern to documents and settings .
I cannot see these but I know they are there becase when I do adefrag it
tells me that it can not defrag many gigs of files.
These can be seen at the end of the disc
computer now runs v slowly
any idears many thanks
 
What was the error code shown on the blue screen (begins with 0x000...)
and/or what was the name of the error (looks LIKE_THIS.)

If the blue screen no longer occurs you can find this information in
Event Viewer.
 
This may need to be done a time or two,but it will defrag the majority
of those files..Run disk cleanup utility,then go to run,type:cmd In cmd
type:Defrag C: Once thru,type:EXIT Open system properties,advanced,
virtual memory,change button,set C: to "no page file" click set 2X,close out,
restart pc.Back in xp,open cmd,type:Defrag C: Once thru,reopen system
properties & set C: to "let system manage" page-file,set 2X,close,a restart
of pc should be prompted,& yes to "overwrite old page-file" when xp asks....
