U.S Savings Bond Wizard

Have been using wizard in 98 SE and saving info to disk.
Loaded wizard in XP Pro and can't open recent info or save
to disk. Keep getting message that I don't have admin
permission. Tried opening file with run as. Doesn't work.

Check with the supplier of this program how it should work on XP.

What version are you using? Version 4.03 claims to be
WinXP-compatible.
