Typical Role of the machine setting?

Ive been looking all around for this setting becasue I want to change it back
to desktop but cant seem to find it in XP Pro.

Any help?

There is no such setting in Windows XP. I believe Windows ME was the
last Windows OS to have that setting.

That might explain it but I did switch that setting somewhere. I do have 3
different Tweaks programs so I must of seen it in there somewhere.

The menus are deep on the XP Smoker Pro and maybe I overlooked it.

But I think you are right on the XP itself not having that setting.

The only thing that is close is in properties of 'my computer' under the
advanced tab 'settings' in performance. I know what you mean and yes
this is not it but its a 'close but not cigar'.
