I run Win xp SP2 with Kaspersky Internet Security. In my C: drive I have
found a file called sti.txt. It will not delete, saying 'in use by another
person or program'. When I delete it in safe mode, it reappears. I have run
Kaspersky Internet Security and Adadware, both of which find no threats. The
contents of the .txt file are copied below. Any thoughts?
