I have a question to see if this is possible....

Running Office XP / Outlook 200
Two users on two different computers (on a business network
want to access the same email account -- emails, contacts, and calenda
POP3 email (not Exchange), and have both users see changes/replie
in a timely and fast manner, if possible

Can this be done and have BOTH users accessing the PST file at the same tim
(i know earlier versions of Outlook wouldn't let you see the PST file simultaneously)
and if not, can this be done with the users accessing at different times ?

Thanks for any help.....

Steve,

to share a PST file in the same time with more than one user is as standard
not possible in all outlook version.

To share outlook at different times:
you can open your PST file also from the other computer. For this you have
to open your PStfile also from the other computer, but be sure that your
Outlook is not open if you try to open yur PSt file with the other Outlook.
If the other client will shut down his Outlook, you can open your outlook.
You can work with the same "shared PST" and also with one PSt fiel. The
other client must change the standard PSt file, so he will use your PST file
as standard.

Third Party Tools support this function from a shared PSt file:
