1) How do I make XP Pro have a "Welcome Screen" with all the users? I tried
the OBVIOUS, go to the users options from the control panel and chose it, but
it still doesn't happen. Every time I turn on my computer, the Administrator
is automatically logged on and I can't change that.

2) I had a virus, went back to an old image from Acronis, and now I'm still
a little uneasy. I don't know if I should trust my computer or not. My task
manager has five svchosts, SOUNDMAN.EXE, hkcmd.exe (that doesn't look right),
ALCMTR.EXE, locator.exe, ALCWZRD.EXE, igfxpers.exe, mmm.exe, and the usual
explorere.exe, csrss.exe, etc, etc, Any ideas on where I can find out what
is going on?

Go to Start and click on Run.
In the Run box enter the following command,

control userpasswords2

On the Users page, put a check mark in the box next to "Users must enter a user
name and password to use this computer".
Click OK.
Restart your computer. You should now see the Welcome screen displayed.

Download, install, and run this program from Microsoft.

Process Explorer v11.13
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx

In the upper pane, right click on an entry and select "Search Online" from the
menu.

Good luck
