two problems.

first i can not find my original envelope my windows xp
disc came in so i can not enter my product code is there
anyway you all might be able to help
second i keep getting a message about needing service cd
1 and can not download updates from windows as it
continually gives me this message and also having
difficulty getting web cam to work. because of this
also. it is a labtec and i saw a download for this but i
can not downloaded. i hope someone may help me please.

Contact the vendor who sold you the PC (I presume it came with XP) re:
the product code.

Otherwise, go to Google, search for and download a small program
"ViewKeyXP" to extract the Product key.

If you're looking for the Product ID, go to Start, select "Help and
Support", type: Product Identification, and hit enter. Select "Get
Information About Your Computer". Then select "View general system
information about this computer". Your Product ID (PID) number will be
shown under "Operating System".
