two problems

I have two problems with IE:

1) my home page is set to MSN.com, but everytime I log on,
something called YOOGEE.com pops up. When I check
internet options, the home page is still listed as MSN.com

2) the speed slows over time during a particular session.
Within 5 minutes, it is noticeably slower and freezes a
lot.

Any help would be apprecated.

It is a browser hijacker parasite!

Read this site and follow the directions. I recommend Ad-Aware first but
update its reference file and then run. Select all items and delete.
Reboot and re-run to insure the items are removed. Using Ad-Aware and
SpyBot Search and Destroy should be a weekly proceedure as these nasties are
becoming more and more prevalent like viruses.
