1. Two Personal Folders are in the Navigation Panel; Folder List.

2. Microsoft Office Outlook startup (warning) window states: "The data file
'Personal Folders' was not closed perperly. The file is being checked for
problems".

What actions did you take to produce this problem? Did you recently
migrate or import Outlook data?
If you cannot R click and close the second set of Folders, then you have
a corrupt profile and must create a new one.

Hi Russ,
I created a new profile, and Two Personal Folder problem has been taken care
of. I also ran scanpst.exe, and found corruption in the pst, repaired it,
and I still get the same message when I open Outlook 2003 ("...data file
'Personal Folders' was not closed properly...This file is being checked for
problems"), then Outlook opens for me. Any other suggestions?

Thanks, Rolf

Alternate the Inbox Repair Tool with a scandisk utility until you no longer
get an error message.
It would still help to know how you corrupted your file.
