Two pcs just one calendar

Hi,

I use Outlook 2003 both at home and in the office. The email accounts
are different but the calendar should be the same, is it possible? If
I simply move the "global" pst file I get the same emails on two pcs
which I do not want. May I simply export the calendar only and then
import it on the other pc?

Don't export it. Create a new PST and copy the existing calendar to it.
Close that PST (and Outlook) and then copy the created PST to whatever
medium you use to transport it. On the destination machine, open that PST
in Outlook with File>Open>Outlook Data File. Open the calendar in it and
copy the items you want from it to the default calendar. Of course, if you
blindly copy everything, you could get duplicate events.

How do I do that without using the export function? So far I managed
to copy all the events into a usb pen and then paste them in the other
pc. It works but this way I have to manually delete daily the "past"
events which I no longer need. What am I missing?

Copy only the events you want to transfer to the PST you're going to copy.

Sorry but I keep not getting it (I'm not a native English speaker,
maybe I'm misunderstanding something). How do I phisically create a
pst file without using the export function and how do I copy only a
few selected events into it? Let's say I have ten events two of which
I do not need to bring home, could you pls. give me a "step by step"
list of what I'm supposed to do? Thanks for your patience!

Select the first event with a click. Select the second event with
CTRL-click, select the third even the save way. Continue until you've
selected all the events you want to copy. Right-click the selection and
drag it to the calendar in the added PST. Release the mouse button and
choose Copy.

HOW AND WHERE DO I ADD THIS PST? THIS IS THE POINT I DON'T GET

FWIW, exporting calendar and contacts to move between systems should not
cause any issues and its less hassle for most people.

I already said in the original post that you had to create it.
File>New>Outlook Data File.

Except that you'll lose any birthdays or anniversaries that way.
