Two page form and viewing record

I created a form that contains data that fills up two pages. I did nothing
creating this form specifying that it will be two pages other than taking up
two pages worth on the grid. Is there something else I should have done?
Also, I have a footer at the bottom stating "(over)" so that the person
viewing the form knows there is another side to the form. But, this will
print on the second page also. How can I avoid that?

Also, when I print preview the form the number at the bottom pertains to the
PAGE number and not the RECORD number. How do I figure out how to view a
specific record?

Thanks.

A form in Access is not designed to be printed, a report is. Your post is
very confusing because you don't start out stating that you are printing the
form.

If you want a printed document, build a report. Forms are interfaces that
your users should use when adding, viewing, or editing data. Reports are
objects used to view or print data. They allow the appropriate controls to
sort and group your data and have properties specific to printing.

Thanks.
