I have 2 pcs each with their own legal copy of outlook.
I want to set both up to access the same exchange server
for the same account. Machine 1 is a desktop, machine 2
is a tablet.

Right now, when m2 syncs, all the files disappear from
the inbox of m1. How do I set the systems up so that m2
does not remove the files from the service while m1 does?

thanks

Both are v2002.

M2 is using a pst for the message store - both machines should use the
exchange mailbox.

Without knowing your version the best direction I can give you is to open
the exchange properties and change the default delivery location.

then it's tools, email accounts, view or change existing and change the
deliver new email to dropdown to use the exchange mailbox.
