I have the internet NIC's priority number one, but after a few minutes, all
my internet connections drop out and it seems like it tries to go through
the intranet. Am I missing something?

Try:

1. Move the Intranet connection to the top of the binding order.

2. Do not configure a default gateway for the Intranet connection. If you
have multiple internal subnets, use static routes.

Thanks for your response. Can you go into more detail, though? Should I
turn off DHCP on my router since the default gateway is being automatically
configured? Where do I put the static routes? I have that option in my
router, but I'm not really sure what to fill in. Or is that done in
Windows?

I do have multiple subnets.

Thanks
