With Windows 98SE I was able to have to IP address per
PC. How can I do that w/ XP Pro? I need one for Internet
access & one for Peer to Peer networking. I don't want
other computers to access these PC's files & printers.

Thanks

XP can have two static IP addresses for a network connection.
Configure the first one in the connection's TCP/IP properties. Click
Advanced and add the second one.

.

But that only lets you use one or the other, not both.

Hmm, in my testing it lets me use both. Use "ipconfig /all" to verify
that both IP addresses are associated with the network connection.
Make sure that the addresses are in different subnets.
