is it possible to set two pages to open when the home page button is clicked?
if so, how?

You really can't do that with IE itself. You'll need an IE browser overlay
that would support tabs, or something similar that you can configure to do
this (or something close). Check out:

This is not something that I'm aware of being able to do. While I don't know
anything Google didn't seem to know a whole lot with the terms I used to
look to see if there was something available for you.
