Two files unable to defrag

I have two files that I am unable to defrag or find and my "Disk Cleanup" has never functioned

\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\HV73V4EW\search[1].

Any hints would be helpful

Just delete the file. Anything in the temp internet files can be deleted.
