Two e-mail accounts send/reply to the same account?

I have two e-mail accounts and when I send from the second
one it registers as having been sent from the default
account, so that replies are sent to the default account,
not the second account. How can I have the second account
stand on its own to send and receive reply messages?
 
In Outlook 2002 - when you've created your email, select 'accounts' from the
toolbar and choose which one to send from.
You can define groups of email addresses to receive by selecting 'tools'
'send/receive' settings
