Two different Words

I am so fed up with Word 2002 continually crashing that I decided to install
Word 2000.

However, the installation seems to have installed a number of programs, but
not Word.

This is I suppose because it detected a later version and therefore did not
install 2000.

I am not too sure what to do as when I insert the CD nothing happens any
longer.

help...

Hi Qim,

Well, the correct thing to do would be UNinstall one version before installing
another. I suggest you go to the Windows CONTROL PANEL and use "Add/Remove
programs" to remove first Office 2000, then anything that's left of Office XP
(Word 2002). Then you can try installing 2000 again.
