Two different margins throughout a Word 2013 doc.

I am exporting into Word a document appx. 400 pages long. The document contains two separate sections on each page. The second section is appx two lines higher than it should be for proper printing. Since I am unable to edit the document prior to exporting into Word I need to make this adjustment in the Word doc. Is there someway I can lower the second section by two lines and apply this to all 400 pages at one time? Thank you.
