we are running a small network we are using an ISP for internet purposes.
Now we want to hire another ISP for critical issues e.g If on ISp gets down
etc
May we connect Two Different ISP in a single pc if yes then kindly guide me
which procdure should be adopted
Can i configure my system that one if on ISP gets down the other ISP itself
gets up

I do that with a gateway device (using pfSense) that maintains both
connections and can load balance/sort traffic to the appropriate pipe
(in my case DSL and T1). This is probably the easiest solution.

DLink and a few other routers offer dual WAN solutions. I remember
there was a router that even had a dialup modem backup.
