I have 2 DHCP servers for redundancy. Is there a way to syncronize them so
that I only have to set my reservations up once. Also, I would like it so
the issued IP addresses show on both servers.

The short answer is no. Each DHCP server is it's own entity. The general
rule for redundant DHCP servers is a 70/30 percentage ratio. There are
other models and personally, I think you can work out the best scenario
depending on your individual circumstances. The problem lies in that you
can't have overlapping IP addresses, and you really need enough IP
addresses coming from each server to cover your clients requesting a
renewal that day if the other goes down (DHCP clients will retain their
IP info until expiration as long as they can contact the default gateway
- even if the DHCP server is unreachable). There are several good
articles on how to set this up and what to look out for. Google.
