Connected an Antec EA380 to my system that includes a

Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L MB. When switched on nothing.

Left system at repair shop and tech showed that the system booted
right up with his PS. He said the Antec was NG.

Replaced EA380 with EA420 and again nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advanve for your help?

Could be a coincidence that both PS's were bad or perhaps you are
misconnecting the PS when you set the mb up.
There is an easy way of testing the PS that is done with a hard drive as a
load, a paperclip and a multimeter to check the PS voltages. Take a few
moments to google for testing an ATX power supply and you should get some
satisfaction.
