two day appointments

recently all of my reocurring all day appointments such
as birthdays, changed to a two day appt. instead of being
listed from 12 pm to 12 pm, they are all now 11 pm to 11
pm so it spans two days on my calander. how can i fix
this?
 
Check your time zone and daylight saving time settings in both Outlook and
Windows. Usually this issue occurs when one of those settings has been
changed.
