This is weird problem that is driving me batty. In Outlook XP I seem to have
two address lists, both named Contacts. I see this when composing a new
message and clicking the To button - the Select Names dialog, at the top,
has a drop-down list called "Show Names from the". This list has "Outlook
Address Book" at the top and then "Contacts" listed twice underneath.
Depending on which Contacts I select I get a slightly different list of
names to select from.
However, when I open Contacts in the folder list I see entries in only one
of the Contacts address books - the second Contacts seems unaccessible. I'd
like to get rid of the extra address list but do not know how.
Thanks,
