Two constants in chart

I've got a curve diagram based on a row: B20:B45

In addition to this I wish to show the line of two constants. One
given in J40, another in K40. These are to be shown in the graph as
horizontal lines showing an upper bound and lower bound (to show if
values of B20:B45 are too high or too low).

Can I make one long line representing e.g. the lower bound, based on
one value - if yes: how?

You'd have to use a named formula. See the Excel | Charts | 'Straight
