Two computers 3 email accounts

Hope someone can help.

I have two PC (both XP Home) connected to the internet via a router sharing
my DSL connection.

I use my PC exclusivley. The 2nd PC is for my wife and daughter. I have set
up 3 email addresses, 1 for myself, and 1 each for wife and daughter.

How do I set up Outlook so that, either when I click send/receive on my PC I
only get my email, or, as all emails are in the format :-

(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)

I understand this may not be possible. At least how do I set up Outlook so
that my wife and daughters email are sent to their PC and if THEY click
send/recieve from the 2nd PC my email is sent to my PC.

Sorry for long post and hope it makes sense. Any help appreciated!

Depends on if these are three mail accounts or three mailboxes.

For example I have a default catchall for a domain I own. ie
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)

These all routed to 1 collection point. To collect them I have set up 1
outlook Profile that uses the connection settings my ISP has given me to
access that single collection point.

In addition I have a specific alias at the account that I pay extra money
for. ie
(e-mail address removed)

My ISP has given me separate login credentials to collect from that mailbox.
Using Outlook I have set up a 2nd Profile using those settings, ie

When I start Outlook I just choose the appropriate profile and when I
send/receive I get just the messages from the appropriate mailbox.

I'd suggest you just use the default profile on your machine with the
credentials for (e-mail address removed)
and set up 2 profiles on the 2nd PC called Wife / Kid each using the
appropriate credentials.

We have the same situation at home. On your computer, open Outlook, click
the Tools tab, then E-mail accounts. You probably set this up initially with
all three e-mails, so choose "View or change existing e-mail accounts". You
want to delete the wife and kid account here. BUT first write down all the
settings. Because when you close out the E-mail accounts dialog box, you'll
want to go to the family computer, and open Outlook, click the Tools tab,
then E-mail accounts. Here choose "Add a new e-mail account". Then you can
add in the wife and kid accounts. When someone clicks "send/receive" from
the family computer, it ONLY checks wife and kid accounts and downloads them.
When you click "send/receive" from your computer, it ONLY downloads your
messages.
