Two computer messages for one mail message to be deleted.

1. An unknown error has occured.
2. The selected message could not be moved. (To the deleted file folder.)

What singles this simple business art supply house solicitation from any
other message. No problems before this.
 
Use the Microsoft's fix:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

Although only "Outbox" is mentioned, the fix actually works for all folders.
