Two columns per day

I am looking for a way to have the Outlook Calendar display a Work Week with
2 columns of appointments per day.

Has anybody developed this? If not, how hard would it be to achieve?

This is for a standalone Outlook 2003.
 
Hard. The closest you can get is the week view in 2003 that includes the
weekend (not available in 2007).
