Not that I know of I'm afraid (and formatting doesn't show up in presenter
view anyway...). What I would do is create 2 identical slides with no
transition between them and add each presenter's notes to one of the
slides - the audience won't know they've changed slides.
Thank you for the reply Lucy. I'm not sure the two slides would work as the
the presenters have a lot of interaction (many back and forths) during each
slide. I think what I will end up doing is left justifying one presenters
notes and right justifying the others.
Sorry, that won't work (just tested in 2007). At least it won't on screen
using presenter view, it will if you are printing the notes. The only thing
I can think of is having one person's in capitals, though that will make it
harder for them to read.
